Part 2 of the Eagles 2012 season about to begin...
The Bye Week break is behind us now.
I don't expect a miracle comeback by Mike Patterson or Jason Peters. I don't know how the heck Terrell Suggs pulled off a 6-month rehab from Achilles tendon reconstruction surgery...but I don't think anything like that is going to happen here.
The Eagles are 3-3...with more questions than answers.
This is gut-check time for the fans as much as the players and coaches. How many of us already have experienced friends or family members jumping off the bandwagon?
My most recent memory of a winning Eagles team whose season started out like this was the 2008 edition. We even had a quarterback controversy that year, too... But somehow, despite the naysayers, and rallying from a 5-6-1 record, the Birds pulled it together with a late run. They came within an inch of representing the NFC in the Super Bowl.
That's the kind of spirit I'm looking for right now at the 3-3 mark...
Look, if you break it down logistically, the Eagles must appraise their remaining schedule and set a goal of 7-3 the rest of the way. That would be the season in a nutshell. Going 5-0 against their own divisional opponents the rest of the way would probably seal the deal to make the playoffs as well--- but that is asking a lot.
As I write this, the Giants have beaten the Redskins with a late drive, and Dallas has outlasted Carolina. So none of our divisional rivals are going to roll over and play dead. This thing is going down to the wire.
But as we come back to practice and film study, and the coaching staff tries to tweak some kind of winning advantage into the sessions and meetings, it still boils down to this: finding a way to win 7 out of the next 10 games... just "find a way", even if it's not predicated on the stats or the matchups.

But a mid-priced company called Taylors from South Australia isn't to bad...WA around Margret River have some good ones too..(personally I think that is one of the coolest places on Earth) Otherwise stick to NZ...

Mr Beanskiddley))) My nephewr grew some pubes finally... and he was so proud that he proudly told us about them. So... we waited until he fell asleep... and we snucked in... and pulled his drawers down.. and shipped those couple of hairs off with some scissors.

A buddy of mine got me into BF3 (PC)when it came out... So I built a Kick ass gaming PC... BUT... I need a new motherboard..
Honestly been worrying too much about partying and Women.. Its been good to chill out and stay out of trouble...
I might grab a new motherboard on the way home.. But I will only be able to use it 1 week out of 4...

@Beandip It all looks pretty spendy just to game online. Besides, I don't really have the time to game that much for it to pay off, seeing as how I own a shitload of online games for the PS3 that work perfectly fine. If I was loaded with $$$ I wouldn't think twice about it, but, I'm not. :(

@Jerky That guy is great... just shows you what you can get for your cash... Even his Cheapest PC's will Run BF3 well on low detail = great competitive speed..

@Beandip in 4 days we'll be playing a fair game then. I tried to time the kickoff meter and I knew right there and then it wasn't gonna work out. Your easy ass TD drive was a clear sign of that.
