GK Brizer represented at Eagles TC on Friday in his traditional "State of The Eagles Union" garb... Somehow he stayed cool under the collar despite 94 degrees F. temperature...
As Brizer drove into the university parking lot on Friday, little did he know he'd be walking into another firestorm of injuries and personal angst...
Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson tangled with two defenders in a 7-on-7 drill this afternoon and came down awkwardly on his left ankle. He had it taped and watched the rest of the way. The team does not believe it to be serious.
The Eagles also operated completely without rookie defensive tackle Fletcher Cox, who was excused from practice for personal reasons and left the campus to deal with them.
Also dealing with injuries are S O.J. Atogwe (groin), LB Jamar Chaney (hamstring). TE Brent Celek (groin), OL Brandon Washington (concussion), S Nate Allen (hamstring) , and DE Jason Babin (calf)...
What Brizer observed with a military general's strategic detachment before he commented:
Running back Chris Polk (rookie free agent) broke through the middle of the starting defense and broke two tackles during a 50-yard run in a scrimmage.
Quarterback Trent Edwards (free agent) hit wide receiver Damaris Jackson (rookie free agent) in stride for a touchdown against cornerback Wade Bonner (rookie free agent) during one-on-one drills.
Today's Position analysis: Linebacker: Returning players: Brian Rolle (starter), Jamar Chaney, Keenan Clayton, Akeem Jordan, Casey Matthews... So my best friend (nate) is in quantico va at staff academy. He decides to bust his former college roomate, who lives in cali, balls. He has me call him and tell him that nate got locked up and that i dont have enough money for bail. This poor bastard is in cali trying to scrape together 2,500$, he had 1,000$ and i guess he cashed in some bonds or some shit. He keeps texting me with dollar amounts. Meanwhile i told him that i went to nates house and pawned his engagement ring that nate bought a week ago because he was getting ready to propse to a girl that hes been dating for two weeks (acomplete lie) but the pawn shop only gave me 300$ for a 3,000$ ring. I feel like an asshole but its funny as hell.

Imagine if we do play all 4 backs thru the year, and they have a couple of Bust out game? We don't really have much trade fodder at the moment, but we would then. Hopefully a couple of Mudd men put a good show in..
Aside from the D-line, we don't have a lot of trade chips on that side of the ball either..

@beanstalk Dude when I was in Alberta and got fired for leaving to go to an Eagles game my Aunt got pissed and threw out my construction safety, fall protection, deadly gases and Ariel lift licenses... I would be working for 20bucs an hour right now... screwing in pannel to walls in a lift and saving some money for college...

@beanstalk I am technically certified for a few more years I just need the papers... Getting all of them could cost like a 1000 bucs for something would only be part time, if they 100 bucs for paper fee's and shipping no problems there... I am gonna call western fire and safety on monday...

@beanstalk No dude I know where my I should be, my parents always told me business is where I belong, I tried construction for a few years, than me mom called me into her office one day to do her files since she is disorganized, ended up shipping out s buncha menu's and reorganizing some other shit, they kept me around for 4 moths--also came up with the slogan that's currently in all the restaurants across Canader, told me moms boss thanks for the opportunity he presented, and he told me to thank myself... I am serious when I say I am very different in real life from how I am on hurr!

I am finding a job for now... waiting a month till I am 23 before I apply for school because then different rules apply, they wont send me through a one year pre app coarse I can most likely take a few exams to get into what I wanna take, my only issue is I left high school before finishing english 12 which is a requirement for english 1100 in college... everything else does not matter... So I can most likely take an exam proving I am capable...
